Vitrozo ("uygulama", "biz") olarak gizliliğinize önem veriyoruz. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi verileri topladığımızı, neden topladığımızı ve nasıl koruduğumuzu açıklar.

Topladığımız veriler

E-posta adresi: Hesap oluşturmak ve giriş yapmak için kullanılır. Girişler tek kullanımlık doğrulama kodu ile yapılır.
Yüklediğiniz ürün fotoğrafları: Yalnızca sizin talep ettiğiniz görsel ve metinleri üretmek için işlenir.
Üretilen içerikler: Oluşturduğunuz görseller ve metinler, "Ürünlerim" bölümünde erişebilmeniz için hesabınıza bağlı olarak saklanır.
Kullanım ve abonelik bilgileri: Kredi bakiyeniz, planınız ve üretim geçmişiniz.

Verileri neden işliyoruz

Talep ettiğiniz AI görsel ve metinlerini üretmek,
Hesabınızı ve kredi/abonelik durumunuzu yönetmek,
Hizmeti güvenli ve çalışır durumda tutmak.

Verilerin paylaşıldığı üçüncü taraflar

Hizmeti sunabilmek için verileriniz aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla, yalnızca gerekli ölçüde işlenir:

Google (Gemini AI): Yüklediğiniz ürün fotoğrafı, görsel ve metin üretimi için işlenir.
Supabase: Hesap, veritabanı ve dosya depolama altyapısı.
Resend: Doğrulama ve bilgilendirme e-postalarının gönderimi.

Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla satmayız veya kiralamayız.

Veri saklama ve silme

Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı uygulama içindeki Profil bölümünden dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Hesap silindiğinde, hesabınıza bağlı kişisel verileriniz ve üretilen içerikleriniz makul bir süre içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.

Çocukların gizliliği

Vitrozo 18 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu kişilerden veri toplamaz.

Haklarınız

KVKK ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için destek@vitrozo.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Vitrozo uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Hizmetin tanımı

Vitrozo, yüklediğiniz ürün fotoğraflarından yapay zeka ile pazaryeri ve sosyal medya için görsel ve metin üreten bir araçtır.

Hesap ve kredi

Hizmeti kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir.
Üretimler kredi karşılığında yapılır. Kredi paketleri ve abonelikler uygulama içinde belirtilen koşullarla sunulur.
Ücretsiz olarak verilen krediler tek seferliktir ve nakde çevrilemez.

Abonelikler

Abonelikler haftalık veya aylık olarak sunulur ve iptal edilmediği sürece dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir. Satın alma ve yenilemeler ilgili uygulama mağazası (App Store / Google Play) hesabınız üzerinden yönetilir; iptal işlemleri de mağaza hesabınızdan yapılır.

Kullanım kuralları

Yalnızca hakkına sahip olduğunuz ürün görsellerini yükleyebilirsiniz.
Yasa dışı, telif ihlali içeren veya başkalarının haklarını çiğneyen içerik üretmek için hizmeti kullanamazsınız.
Ürettiğiniz içeriğin ticari kullanımından siz sorumlusunuz.

İçerik sahipliği

Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar size aittir. Ürettiğiniz görsel ve metinleri ticari dahil her amaçla kullanabilirsiniz. Yapay zeka çıktılarının doğruluğu veya belirli bir amaca uygunluğu garanti edilmez.

Sorumluluğun sınırlanması

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Vitrozo, üretilen içeriğin kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama üzerinden veya e-posta ile bildirilir.

At Vitrozo ("the app", "we"), we care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

Email address: Used to create your account and sign in. Sign-in uses a one-time verification code.
Product photos you upload: Processed solely to generate the images and text you request.
Generated content: The images and text you create are stored under your account so you can access them in "My Products".
Usage and subscription data: Your credit balance, plan, and generation history.

Why we process data

To generate the AI images and text you request,
To manage your account and credit/subscription status,
To keep the service secure and functional.

Third parties we share data with

To provide the service, your data is processed by the following providers, only to the extent necessary:

Google (Gemini AI): Processes your uploaded product photo for image and text generation.
Supabase: Account, database, and file storage infrastructure.
Resend: Delivery of verification and notification emails.

We do not sell or rent your data for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section inside the app. When your account is deleted, your personal data and generated content associated with it are permanently deleted within a reasonable period.

Children's privacy

Vitrozo is not directed to individuals under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law (including GDPR where relevant), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. For requests, contact destek@vitrozo.com.

By using the Vitrozo app, you agree to the following terms.

Description of the service

Vitrozo is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate images and text for marketplaces and social media from the product photos you upload.

Account and credits

You must create an account to use the service.
Generations consume credits. Credit packages and subscriptions are offered under the terms shown in the app.
Free credits are one-time and have no cash value.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are offered weekly or monthly and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Purchases and renewals are managed through your app store account (App Store / Google Play); cancellations are also handled through your store account.

Acceptable use

You may only upload product images you have the rights to.
You may not use the service to produce illegal, infringing, or rights-violating content.
You are responsible for the commercial use of the content you generate.

Content ownership

The photos you upload remain yours. You may use the images and text you generate for any purpose, including commercial use. The accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Vitrozo is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
